kanna plant

WHAT IS KANNA?
It's a succulent from South Africa.
It's non-addictive and
non-intoxicating.
It's a mood enhancer.
A transformer of moments.
It's your new BFF.
Meet the magical, mood-shifting succulent plant from South Africa.
What exactly is kanna?
Kanna, alias Sceletium, is a succulent plant in the family Aizoaceae, native to the Cape Provinces of South Africa.
THE USE OF THE KANNA PLANT GOES BACK 1000 YEARS, WITH DOCUMENTED USE FIRST RECORDED IN 1662.
Traditionally, it was chewed on by the KhoiSan, Khoikhoi and San indigenous communities would use while hunting and gathering to bring calm and focused clarity.* Pretty cool, right? (Turns out, even our ancestors needed a little help finding their chill.)

Why is kanna special?
Kanna’s used to elevate your mood; it improves people’s daily lives by giving them a sense of peace, and personal growth by providing a sense of calm, focus, and presence.*
Utilizing plant extracts to create new products is nothing new; we’re just honored to be able to bring this knowledge to the wider world.
It’s considered a mood enhancer, a transformer of moments, helping quiet your chaotic mind, and foster deeper connection with moments. In larger doses, Kanna’s been known to provide a sense of euphoria, but it’s not hallucinogenic.*
